Holy Ramadan

  • for Fasting
    When Ramadan begins, any person who intends to fast should express to Allah the following:
    "O Allah tomorrow I shall be fasting for you."
  • Intention for Breaking the Fast

  • When it is time to break the fast at sunset, the following should be said:
    "O Allah I have fasted for you. I believe in you and I break my fast with Your sustenance."
  • Zakat-al-Fitar

  • Zakat-al-Fitar is part of the fast of Ramadan is characterized by the following elements:
    1. It must be given before Eid prayer or during the month of Ramadan
    2. It should be given on behalf of every Muslim, weather male or female, adult or minor.
